Designing a familiar calling feature based on usage standards and technical considerations.
Scope
To design the call feature, a comprehensive monitoring phase was crucial, both graphically and technologically. This served as the foundation for creating a familiar, user-friendly interface.
Conception
Using the insights and data gathered, we designed the models by adapting existing standards to our application's scenario, ensuring technical feasibility in collaboration with the Product Manager and developers.
Learnings
My challenge was to consider and anticipate all possible cases and interactions, such as notifying users of lost connections during a call. Collaborating with the team helped me better understand the technical constraints and design accordingly.
